Head of Guidance­­,­­ Systems & Tools at the Procurement Center of Competence (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

In your role, you will lead a team of three professionals and be responsible for driving decisions and strategies, processes, analytics, digitalization efforts, training and sustainability within the Heraeus Group's global procurement organization. You will play a key role in identifying the digitalization potential in existing procurement processes, especially regarding use cases for artificial intelligence. Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing a sustainability framework for the procurement organizations of the Heraeus Group. As a project management expert, you will lead global procurement projects and ensure their successful implementation. You will be instrumental in implementing and ensuring the requirements of upcoming international regulations in close cooperation with the Procurement peers in our Operating Companies.
