Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
In close collaboration with Emerson's sales teams to best serve our customers and to successfully achieve our growth, revenue, and profit targets Taking the lead in the development and implementation of a sales strategy together with Business Leaders, Sales and Marketing teams leading to new growth initiatives in the DACH region Steady market analysis for identifying potential target customers / projects to exceed growth expectations Being the application specialist for our product range and key contact in the region for local sales teams Create value, through strategic pricing analysis, and win/ loss analysis Providing Chemical, Pharma & Life Science market and customer info to Marketing teams to drive product introductions and improvements Develop relationships with key end users, EPCs, OEMs, VACs and integrators to create a preference for TopWorx on approved vendor lists and specifications
Completed technical studies, industrial engineering is advantageous, alternatively a technical apprenticeship and professional technical experience Several years of experience in sales positions and in sales development for multiple territory sales regions Knowing and understanding the technical needs of the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Life Science industry Professional communication skills in German and English internally and externally Project and organization management skill as well as ability to work in matrix organizations in cross-functional teams Enjoy the interaction with customers and with interdivisional colleagues
