You ensure the stable availability of the facilities required for IT and Telecom infrastructure in the Data Center, test the design with chosen systems and installations, offer technical support, lead audits and create a uniform working method together with the Dutch Data Center manager Further development of operational processes and compliance with established KPIs and SLAs for internal and external customers are your task, while monitoring and enforcing the relevant security regulations, standards, laws and all SLAs of operational services You are responsible for the technical Documentation , managing the Data Center and Operational Team , including communication strategy You are a representative for the quality management of operational processes and for the introduction and monitoring of certification procedures You introduce systems or installations on behalf of the management and operational responsibility, as well as monitoring and testing the performance and maintain the Data center
