Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Support two Software Scrum teams as Scrum Master
Ensure Scrum is understood and lived
Facilitate the ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, ...) are executed
Coach the Scrum Teams towards effective and efficient development of our product
Support the teams regarding impediment removal
Act towards the organization to seamlessly integrate Scrum into the overall product development process
Care for process management and execution
Proven track record in leading agile teams as Scrum Master
Motivation to build up an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
English language skills
Self-initiated, well-structured approach to problem analysis and problem solving
Team player with strong communication skills
Experiences in coaching and training people (also cross-functional)
