Functional and technical leadership for responsible Workplace services in the area of Adoption and Enablement Continuous further development of responsible Workplace services and operations Provide and support Workplace services in the area of Adoption and Enablement with a high quality of service and strong focus on IT Security Provide cost-efficient IT services in the area of Adoption and Enablement by leveraging standardization, consolidation and automation Responsible for evaluating requirements with strong focus on IT strategy Define and create functional concepts, resource plans and estimation of project costs within the area of Adoption and Enablement for Workplace services Preparation of budget and investment planning in the responsible area Adoption and Enablement for Workplace services Monitoring of contractual Service Level Agreements (including Provider Management) Further development of employees to enable their future growth within OneIT and to increase expertise
