As a source of inspiration and driver, you are responsible for the further development and modernization of the entire enterprise architecture as part of the corporate strategy and contribute to the future success of the company by developing solution- and future-oriented architecture concepts. You evaluate the architecture conformity of solution strategies and identify weaknesses to ensure an efficient IT infrastructure that enables smooth business processes. You ensure GDPR compliance for our application & infrastructure landscape as trusted business partner for our data protection managers and act as a promoter for a culture of GDPR awareness within our organization. Furthermore, you are responsible to successfully implement our CIO dashboard including all key metrics for our Beiersdorf IT organization. You determine overarching synergies and drive the implementation of a «One Architecture DNA» within the organization to empower our architecture community. You are passionate to stay up to date by continuously analyzing technology, industry, and market trends. You determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture landscape. You manage a balanced outside-in perspective with our peers. With a closed collaboration with our business as well as with our technology partners (e.g. Service Now, Salesforce, SAP) you are a winning heart regarding change and communication management.
