Senior Service Cloud Developer (f/m/d)
Maintain and develop Apex classes, Visual Force pages, AMP script coding
Undertake Sales Force configurations, APEX,LWC, AURA , Web services, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls
Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable
Use experience to help translate requirements into technical design and tasks
Triage escalated issues from support team and provide resolution, including development, release and testing activities
Execute test scenarios to validate changes are working as expected and not impacting other areas
Extensive hands on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Proficient with Apex, Visual-Force, MySQL JavaScript; APIs, Working with Linux, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Azure DevOps, Jitterbit, Qualtrics
Experience and strong understanding of API's
Experience in integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud and other data platforms to push/pull data
3 + years' experience with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices related to integrations, development, automation, security, and release management
Experience with Salesforce CLI/DX, Visual Studio Code, CI/CD methodologies
Salesforce Certifications are a plus (Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Platform App Builder)
You are fluent in English (both verbally and written). German language skills are a plus; willingess to learn German is required
